(02)Overview

Apax provides supported housing and supported living in London. Its site brings together services, resident stories and careers for partner organisations and potential staff. We migrated the website from WordPress to Webflow and rebuilt its content structure, so services, community stories and organisational updates now share one CMS framework.

  1. 01

    Platform migration

Content moved from WordPress into a rebuilt Webflow platform.

  2. 02

    Content structure

Services, resident stories, recognition and careers organised by audience.

  3. 03

    Webflow CMS

Reusable CMS layouts for articles, community stories and updates.

  4. 04

    Service presentation

Housing and support explained clearly, alongside human stories and visible contact routes.

(03)The approach

Move the existing content into Webflow while retaining the organisation's human character.

Apax had to carry its service information, resident stories and culture onto a new platform. The structure needed room for practical housing information and for the people behind its purpose, while guiding two audiences: partners and prospective employees.

(04)Collaboration

Migration and content organisation formed one delivery, with ongoing publishing built into the CMS.

  1. Stage 01

    Discovery

Reviewed the WordPress content and the needs of partners, staff and the community.

  2. Stage 02

    Structure

Organised the Webflow site around services, stories and recognition.

  3. Stage 03

    Implementation

Migrated the content and rebuilt the site in Webflow.

  4. Stage 04

    Delivery

Prepared the platform switch, focusing on content continuity and ongoing publishing.

(05)Design language

A human presentation for specialist support.

A clear hierarchy, people-focused imagery and approachable copy keep the website from feeling institutional.
