(03)The approach

Keep the brand's editorial character useful at the point of purchase.

The brand's materials, craftsmanship and imagery had to stay useful at the point of purchase rather than sit apart from shopping, while the store also needed better mobile usability and speed.

(04)Collaboration

Product presentation, mobile shopping and follow-up communication within one Shopify brief.

  1. Stage 01

    Discovery

Reviewed the collection and the shopping journey.

  2. Stage 02

    Structure

Reshaped the design around product detail and purchase actions.

  3. Stage 03

    Implementation

Built the store with close attention to mobile and performance.

  4. Stage 04

    Delivery

    Connected notifications and abandoned-cart follow-up.

(05)Design language

Editorial detail with an understated retail palette.

Off-white, dark ink and muted natural tones sit under serif editorial headings, so product stories read like the brand's own journal.
